The examples show how a note can explain a judgment. Labels describe these samples; they are not calculated scores or a language-coverage promise.

What a review report contains.

Illustrative English/Greek UI release extract. Authored example; no customer result or universal quality score is claimed.

Scope
One account-recovery screen and its terminology, against the stated source meaning.
Source / candidate
“You can cancel at any time.” / «Μπορείτε να ακυρώσετε οποιαδήποτε ημέρα.»
Issue and user impact
Meaning: “any day” narrows “any time”. Proposed severity: major where the user relies on cancellation timing; reviewer judgment needs calibration.
Suggested correction / rationale
«Μπορείτε να ακυρώσετε ανά πάσα στιγμή.» Preserves the timing promise without inventing a policy.
Terminology decision
Record the approved Greek term for “cancel” with its product context and glossary version. Recheck dependent strings after a terminology change.
Limits
A sample review supports decisions about the examined material. It does not certify the whole product, establish legal policy or verify every language.

A release review with a defined output.

The proposal should make these choices explicit.

  1. 01

    The question

Name the release, comparison or content decision the review should inform. Choose the language pairs and domain.

  2. 02

    The sample and rubric

Agree which material will be examined, what counts as an issue and how its importance will be judged.

  3. 03

    Reviewer requirements

Specify the language and subject knowledge needed, calibration approach and how disagreements would be resolved. Confirm coverage.

  4. 04

    The output

Set the reporting format, annotated examples, any scoring rules and the limits of what the sample can support.

Material sharing, data handling, timing and availability belong in the proposal. Do not include confidential source material in the first enquiry.

Before the next Greek release.

Language teams

Which issues recur in this sample, and which terms need a shared decision?

Start with your content requirements and glossary.

AI product teams

How should a chosen language pair be reviewed after a prompt or model change?

Define the product context and comparison first.

Evaluation researchers

What sample, rubric and reporting would make this comparison useful?

State the assumptions and limits alongside the results.

Keep judgments beside their evidence.

A review note should identify the relevant words, the requirement being applied and the reason for the judgment.

Agree error categories and scoring rules for the task rather than treating one overall score as the whole report.

Before you write.

Which languages can a pilot cover?

Tell us the language pairs and domain. Reviewer requirements and coverage need to be confirmed in the pilot proposal.

Should I send sample files now?

Start with a non-confidential description. Agree material sharing and data handling separately.

Does this form send my request?
