This page describes how this website handles enquiry details. It is draft website information; operating terms for a pilot need to be agreed separately.
Your enquiry stays with you.
The form checks your entries in this page and prepares an editable email draft. It does not submit a request, book work or upload material to a Centaword service.
Your entries and prepared draft remain in page memory while you move between this website’s pages. They disappear on refresh or when you close the page. They are not saved to browser storage.
Copy enquiry writes the recipient status, subject and message to your clipboard when your browser permits it. Open email draft passes the recipient, subject and message to your chosen email app. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider’s own terms then apply.
Keep the first message non-confidential.
Describe the languages, system and question you want to investigate. Do not include confidential source material, personal records or files in the enquiry. Material sharing, data handling and retention must be agreed before a pilot begins.
Fonts, storage and links.
This website serves its fonts and artwork from its own files. It uses no analytics, tracking cookies or browser-storage features. A website host may process normal access information; the published website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Incoming email to the site address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward to the operator’s existing inbox. Outgoing replies, delivered-enquiry handling, retention and any pilot processing terms remain separately scoped.
